Role Description The Robotics Intern role at Weskill is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, development, and testing of robotics and automation solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the intern may assist in building and configuring robotic systems, contributing to process automation workflows, and performing basic mechatronics-related tasks such as integrating mechanical and electronic components. The intern will help document experiments, analyze performance data, and collaborate with mentors to improve existing prototypes and training materials. Responsibilities may also include researching emerging robotics technologies, preparing technical summaries, and participating in online meetings and reviews with the engineering and training teams.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Robotics and Robot system integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Process Automation and Automation workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechatronics and related electromechanical systems.
- Foundational knowledge of programming or control systems (e.g., C/C++, Python, PLCs) is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidelines, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting work and interacting with mentors.
