Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an RMO/Duty Medical Officer based at Tulasi Healthcare's Gurugram center. The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality medical care to patients, assisting in diagnoses and treatment plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. The role involves actively participating in patient care management, delivering routine medical services, attending clinical rounds, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Medical Officer will be doing Shift Duties and attending emergency admissions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Medicine with strong patient diagnosis and management skills, attending emergency , doing needful for admmisons.
- Experience in Patient Care and the ability to address immediate healthcare needs effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to establish trust and build rapport with patients
- MBBS degree with valid registration; additional certifications in psychiatry or mental health support are advantageous
- Prior experience in mental health or rehabilitation facilities is an added advantage
