Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist for a full-time on-site position located in West Delhi. The role involves conducting patient assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic treatments. Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, documenting patient progress, liaising with other healthcare professionals, and staying updated with the latest techniques and advancements in physiotherapy. The Senior Physiotherapist will also contribute towards fostering a supportive and professional clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, and kinesiology taping
• Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and development of personalized treatment plans
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and mentoring junior staff
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish good rapport with patients and colleagues
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
• Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT), preferably with specialization in musculoskeletal health
• Valid physiotherapy license and certifications, including Dry Needling, IASTM, or similar, are highly desirable
