About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven RM Sourcing Manager to manage procurement and sourcing of raw materials, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely supply. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and close coordination with production and supply chain teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new raw material suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, MOQs, and supply agreements
- Ensure consistent quality and timely availability of raw materials
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and analyze market trends
- Monitor input costs and contribution margins
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and track performance
- Coordinate with production and operations for demand planning
- Track inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders and contracts
- Maintain supplier database and ensure compliance with standards
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in raw material sourcing or procurement
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Experience in Beauty / Personal Care industry preferred
- Understanding of costing, margins, and supply chain coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
