Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Business development to acquire new relationships and grow the existing relationships for the designated market segments & geography.
  • Acquire new relationships by engaging with startups for asset business.
  • Manage and grow the relationship.
  • Build a healthy and profitable portfolio

Relationship Management

  • Responsible for sourcing startups for asset business
  • Acquiring the account and capture the maximum share of the wallet size.
  • Nurture existing relationship to generate business ensuring targets are met and there is availability of an increased revenue stream.
  • Get new referral leads from existing customers.
  • Generate cross sell opportunities and pass it on to relevant team

Business development

  • Scoping the potential customers.
  • Responsible for the growth of asset portfolio
  • Work closely with retail Banking team and ecosystem players to source asset leads and close the deals.

Credit Appraisal and Monitoring

  • Understanding client requirements for credit facilities, preparation of CAMs.
  • Ensuring timely disbursement of the facility, regularly interacting with client.
  • Ensure maintaining housekeeping items like RFAs, EWS, Deferrals, timely renewal of facilities etc under control.
  • Getting market intelligence and ensuring the quality of credit for client and portfolio.

Audit & Compliance

  • Ensure the compliance as per internal requirements of bank and external regulators like RBI, SEBI etc
  • Ensure submission completion of various regulatory requirements relevant to your clients and portfolio.
  • Ensure timely redressal of customer complaints and grievances

  • Post-Graduation (MBA from a premier institute or CA/CWA)
  • Sales and Influencing Skills
  • Credit Appraisal
  • Sound knowledge on Balance sheet analysis, working capital products.
  • Banking Product & Process Knowledge
  • Planning and Organizing Skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Competition, Current trends & regulatory landscape in financial Industry especially the startups space
  • Commercial Banking - should have working knowledge of commercial banking products like cash management trade finance FX etc.

  • Minimum experience in years 8 yrs +
  • Exposure to banking with exposure to asset business
