PSSG (Partner Staffing Solutions Group) team supports the entire third-party employee management and is responsible for their entire lifecycle management.

This outsourced manpower caters to departments that focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses, Cards & Merchant Acquiring and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive recruitment of Partner associates and maintain a good manning % throughout all products

Drive onboarding and employee lifecycle of Partner associates tagged to location

Upkeep of centre and related assets and activities

Liaison with business stakeholders and partners and ensure smooth conduct of daily operations

Responsible for vendor management and query resolution under Partner associates, from hire to retire

Responsible for tracking % Productive employees of respective products in Retail Assets & Rural Lending

Complete control of manpower count, audit, compliance, and operational efficiency for respective Partner cetre

Track implementation of Sales process, Branch Huddle, Shikhar, Employee engagement etc.

Driving - Induction Training and reporting, Sales training programmes for Partner associates

Ensuring centre meets the health parameters like critical head count audit and other compliance check points are regularly audited and corrective actions are taken on time.

Desired Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

MBA in operations / Marketing / Sales Strategy (preferred)

Minimum of Graduation

Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience preferably in BFSI/NBFCs in operations management, sales management profiles

Grade Fitment: Manager, depending on experience & center strength
Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of sales strategy, business operations, relevant IT systems

Knowledge of pricing financial products, incentive structure

Communication, Planning, Relationship-building, Analytical and Technology skills

Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals

Experience of handling branches of a minimum of 500 manpower is preferred
