Designation: Business Development Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the location assigned
Complete Ownership of Sales, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given location
Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager.
Achieve & exceed the agreed targets
Devise a sales strategy and execute it
Convert leads into sales from the given database
Responsible for a Geographic territory
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Having a knack for sales.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
To drive student admission numbers through various channels.
Excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.
The candidate should have fluent oral and written English.
Should have experience in Sales and Marketing profile, with some experience in Edtech/ Elearning, would be a distinct advantage.
Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas
A high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
