Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of services by ensuring quality and managing risks effectively. The role includes fostering a culture of compliance by promoting awareness of policies and processes across the organization. This position requires active engagement with various teams to maintain adherence to regulatory standards and internal guidelines, contributing to a secure and well-governed operational environment. The individual plays a key part in monitoring compliance activities and facilitating communication to uphold organizational integrity and accountability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance compliance awareness and risk mitigation strategies within the organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to build capabilities in risk and compliance management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management, Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation plans and control measures.
- Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable policies.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and collaboration to drive compliance initiatives.
- Competence in monitoring and reporting on compliance performance metrics.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
