- Drive the architecture and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on IBM Cloud and hybrid environments. You will blend deep Java/J2EE expertise with microservices, DevOps, and emerging agentic AI techniques—designing frameworks for autonomous agents, RAG-powered assistants, and LLM orchestration. This role partners closely with product teams to deliver robust, explainable, and user-centric services across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop microservices-based platforms on IBM Cloud (Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes) and hybrid landscapes
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, IBM Cloud Schematics), monitoring (Grafana, Dynatrace) and automated incident management
- Lead the integration of agentic AI capabilitiesLangChain workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM orchestration, and context-aware chatbots
- Define governance models and onboarding flows that ensure transparency, security, and scalability for internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, conduct code and design reviews, and foster agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Collaborate with product and research groups to embed AI ethics, explainability, and data privacy into every service
