Scope of the Role
- Support revenue management strategies and day-to-day yield operations across assigned properties.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and improve channel performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to support pricing decisions.
- Manage and optimize online distribution channels and partnerships.
- Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and revenue insights.
- Foster a revenue-focused culture by working closely with Operations, Reservations, and Sales teams.
- Ensure inventory, rates, and distribution systems are accurately maintained and functioning efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Pricing
- Support the execution of revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a rolling demand calendar and assist with forecasting occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor daily pick-up, pace, market demand, and competitor pricing.
- Analyze hotel performance and recommend actions to improve revenue and profitability.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
Distribution & Online Sales
- Create, update, and maintain hotel listings across OTAs and other distribution channels.
- Manage inventory, rates, and availability across PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.
- Monitor and optimize third-party distribution performance.
- Evaluate distribution partners and identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs.
- Ensure the website booking engine and online reservation channels remain updated and functional.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
- Track key performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and channel contribution.
- Provide actionable insights to improve business mix and channel performance.
Coordination & Process Management
- Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Sales, and Front Office teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure revenue systems are correctly configured and maintained.
- Support property performance reviews and implementation of revenue initiatives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with hotel teams and external partners.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Distribution, or E-commerce within the hospitality industry.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in PMS, Channel Manager, OTA Extranets, and hotel distribution systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Additional language skills will be an advantage.
