Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve fixed monthly revenue targets.
Analyze revenue data to identify trends and provide insights.
Maintain updated CRM records and pipeline.
Identify new revenue opportunities and support growth strategies.
Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for management.
Proactively address challenges and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
13 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to perform under pressure.
Performance Metrics
Achievement of fixed monthly revenue targets.
Accuracy and timeliness of revenue reporting.
Effectiveness of customer engagement and follow-ups.
