About The Function
TripMoney is a travel-focused fintech team with flagship products like Forex and Insurance.
Forex: Providing end customer solutions for Foreign currency and multicurrency Card designed specifically for international travellers. It is fully compliant with RBI regulations and provides peace of mind with 100% acceptance at all merchants in over 150 countries. It provides digital controls within the app, allowing you to lock/unlock the card instantly and offers several benefits, without the need to link your bank account to the card.
Insurance: A plug-and-play platform to offer personalized insurance across different lines of Business. The platform has integrated with the top 10 Indian and global insurance companies. Currently, it is live across 24 touchpoints with more than 50 product variants across GI and MMT.
About The Role
The incumbent will be a part of the Online Revenue team for Tripmoney business. As an Analyst you will be responsible for MIS (maintaining data in an easily trackable format), automation, data analysis, driving strategic projections and deriving/leveraging meaningful insights for business.
What Will You Be Doing
- Track key business metrics daily yourself and enable the team to do so by preparing automated reports and dashboards.
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.
- Create rich interactive data visualizations through data interpretation & integrating various data sources.
- Proactively analyze data using statistical methods to derive emerging customer or business trends/patterns, thus identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Own up integrity of operational reports and take needful actions to fix emerging issues in representation or data.
- Acting upon the areas of improvement or key insights derived, design and implement experiments tweaking business levers and tracking impact.
- Drive strategic projects, as and when required.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- B. Tech from reputed institute with 2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics (SQL & Advanced Excel), analysing data trends and reporting
Key Success Factors For The Role
- Knowledge of Advanced SQL queries and Advanced Excel is must
- Automation knowledge using python / similar solutions is a plus
- Exposure to Google Analytics / Adobe Omniture
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate
- significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with BI technologies
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively drive complex projects within as well as outside the team
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (SPSS, SAS, R, Python, etc) is preferred
