Customer Engagement:

Develop and implement customer communication strategies through various channels.

Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Create personalized customer experiences by tailoring content and offers.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and report on key CRM metrics, including conversion rates, retention rates, and customer lifetime value.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
