Position Overview-
We are looking for a highly driven Lead Generation Specialist with strong experience in B2B retention marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing existing business accounts, and building long-term customer relationships that improve retention, engagement, and revenue. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across retention channels.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Generation
- Identify, research, and qualify for new B2B prospects across targeted industries.
- Build and manage lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) to generate high-intent leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support conversions.
Retention Marketing
- Develop and execute retention strategies for existing B2B clients to increase engagement and repeat business.
- Set up and optimize retention journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and loyalty programs.
- Track customer health metrics, segment audiences, and personalize communication flows.
- Monitor churn signals and proactively activate win-back campaigns.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Work with marketing to create outreach content, nurture sequences, and retention workflows.
- Conduct A/B tests to enhance open rates, conversions, and retention KPIs.
- Maintain accurate reporting dashboards on lead quality, campaign performance, and retention metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align closely with the Sales, CRM, Content, and Product teams to ensure smooth lead flow and consistent messaging.
- Share insights on customer behavior trends and retention opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, CRM, or retention/ lifecycle marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Braze, MoEngage, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, WhatsApp journeys, automation flows, and segmentation.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills for B2B outreach.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze reports and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead-gen & retention targets.
Preferred Skills-
- Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or worked with International Businesses.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and audience-building platforms.
