  • Customer Engagement
  • Customer Retention : Positive Customer engagement to safeguard potential churn threats & retention of customers who have shared a cancellation request.
  • Basic excel skills to ensure various customer matrix mapping which can be utilised in designing predictive churn programs
  • To capture detailed VOC/Customer expectations/pain areas and provide regular feedback to cross-functional teams for enhanced customer experience and life cycle mgmt.
  • To ensure quality retentions - Customers retained to remain active in the system.
  • To closely coordinate with cross functional teams such as sales/network operations/Field Team for improved retentions
  • Effective utilisation of Retention Tools - to ensure judicious use of available Retention tools.
