Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for our Gurgaon location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and will be responsible for driving sales growth in the designated area, building strong customer relationships, and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

·        Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.

·        Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

·        Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.

·        Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·        3-6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·        Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

·        Strong negotiation and closing skills.
