We are looking for a data-driven RetentionMarketing Executive to improve customer engagement, optimize lifecycle journeys, and drive repeat revenue across channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize email marketing across channels including Email (campaigns & funnels), SMS, and WhatsApp

Segment audiences and tailor communication to enhance customer experience

Drive customer retention and engagement initiatives such as Loyalty and Referral programs

Collaborate with copywriters and designers to plan and execute campaigns

Conduct continuous A/B testing to improve performance

Track, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets

Maintain regular campaign reports and identify growth opportunities

Ensure compliance with applicable laws (copyright, data protection, marketing regulations)

Plan and manage the content calendar for customer engagement

Gather customer insights to understand behavior patterns and improve strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field

23 years of short-form copywriting experience in an agency or fast-paced environment

Knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools is a plus

Up-to-date with social media trends

Experience with brand campaigns is a plus

Strong command of HinglishRequirements:

Good direct response copywriting skills

1+ year experience

Ability to read retention data

Ability to multi-task and follow deadlines

Ability to maintain reports and data

Ability to take initiative
