Job Title: Email & Retention Marketing Executive

Location: Sector 19, Udyog Vihar Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Experience: 1-3 Year

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Email & Retention Marketing Executive to manage and grow our customer lifecycle programs. You will play a key role in driving repeat purchases, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value through effective email, SMS, and retention marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Own the customer retention journey from onboarding to re-engagement and win-back
  • Develop and manage automated email flows (welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, feedback, etc.)
  • Coordinate SMS and WhatsApp marketing initiatives in sync with email efforts
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rates, etc.) and optimize accordingly
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
  • Segment audiences and personalize communications based on user behavior and data insights
  • Support loyalty, referral, and subscription programs to improve customer retention
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in email and retention marketing (preferably in D2C or healthcare/wellness)
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and CRM strategies.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify (or other D2C platforms) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving customer experience

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or personal care industry
  • Exposure to performance marketing and cross-channel retention campaigns.
