Role Overview:
The role involves engaging with customers through digital and telephonic channels to promote services, retain existing clients, and ensure smooth query handling. Candidates will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and achieving daily business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and connect with customers on a regular basis.
- Clearly explain product/service details.
- Address customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Graduation is mandatory
- Fresher's or Experienced candidates can apply
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Details:
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational)
- 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs (Saturday & Sunday not fixed
