Job Description

Role Overview:

The role involves engaging with customers through digital and telephonic channels to promote  services, retain existing clients, and ensure smooth query handling. Candidates will play a key  role in building long-term customer relationships and achieving daily business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and connect with customers on a regular basis.
  • Clearly explain product/service details.
  • Address customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Fresher's or Experienced candidates can apply
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Details:

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational)
  • 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs (Saturday & Sunday not fixed
