Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage store staff, ensure smooth customer interactions, and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, achieving sales targets, ensuring inventory accuracy, and implementing loss prevention strategies. The role requires fostering a welcoming and efficient retail environment while maintaining the brand's values and aesthetics.

• Experience in Store Management and knowledge of daily retail operations
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Previous experience in jewellery and luxury retail.
