Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail showroom in the furniture and home dcor segment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing retail operations within the home dcor or furniture industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets

Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom presentation

Manage inventory, product display, and stock control

Track daily sales performance and share regular reports with management

Resolve customer queries and maintain strong client relationships

Implement company policies, promotional activities, and visual merchandising standards

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 14 years of experience in the Retail Industry (Preferred- home dcor or furniture industry)

Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations

Work Schedule:

6 days working (1 rotational weekly off; weekends are working days)
