Job Title: Retail Store Manager – Luxury Gourmet Retail

Location: Hyderabad and Ahmedabad

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead and manage our Luxury Gourmet Retail Stores in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing premium or gourmet retail formats, ensuring excellence in customer experience, store operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the stores in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.
• Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Manage store budgets, sales targets, and P&L performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Build and nurture client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams for smooth store functioning.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing luxury or gourmet retail stores.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record in achieving sales and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel between Hyderabad and Ahmedabad as required.
