About the Role

The Cosmic Connect is looking for a Retail Specialist to join our team in Vikaspuri, West Delhi, Delhi, India. We are seeking someone who is confident, customer-focused, well-presented, and passionate about creating a warm and positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and queries
• Guide customers on crystals, gemstones, and holistic wellness products
• Maintain product displays and store presentation
• Support day-to-day retail operations, stock handling, and customer service
• Contribute to store sales through attentive and personalized assistance
• Share information about The Cosmic Connect's products, services, and courses

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the wellness and spiritual retail space
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, if required

Preferred

• Knowledge of crystals, healing stones, gemstones, or holistic wellness products will be preferred
• Experience in boutique, lifestyle, wellness, jewellery, or gifting retail is an added advantage
