Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBBS Admission Counsellor, located in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients seeking MBBS admissions abroad. Responsibilities include counseling students, assessing their needs and preferences, assisting with university applications, and offering detailed information about admission processes. The role also involves ensuring a smooth admission experience by maintaining frequent communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Communication to effectively guide clients and maintain professional client relationships
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide outstanding support and guidance to clients throughout the admission process
• Familiarity with Sales and Education domains to offer accurate admission advice and meet service goals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A high degree of empathy and the ability to handle client queries with professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required; experience in educational counseling is a plus
• Prior experience in the immigration or education consultancy industry is advantageous
