About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-driven Store Manager Counter Sales to manage showroom walk-in clients and drive in-store sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring smooth sales operations at the showroom.

This is a purely in-store role no field work involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Explain and demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly
  • Handle pricing discussions and negotiate effectively to close sales
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns confidently
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
  • Coordinate with internal teams for billing, stock availability, and order processing
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (retail/showroom/counter sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple customers during peak hours
  • Basic understanding of billing processes and sales documentation (preferred)
