Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates(preferred female candidates) to be part of our retail team. In this role, you will assist walk-in customers, understand their preferences, and guide them in selecting the best furniture and home dcor solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with walk-in customers in the showroom

Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products

Provide detailed product information and explain features/benefits

Achieve individual and store-level sales targets

Ensure proper product display and maintain showroom standards

Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

Experience: 02 years (freshers can also apply)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven and customer-focused attitude

Interest in furniture, interior design, or home dcor industry is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Work Schedule:

6 days working (1 rotational weekly off; weekends are working days)
