Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, India, for a Retail Sales Executive. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting Ultrahuman products, implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, demonstrating product features, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. As a key contact between customers and the company, the Retail Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Retail Sales with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Knowledge of Sales strategies and techniques with the ability to close deals efficiently
  • Skills in Relationship Building to foster long-lasting client connections
  • Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with health and wellness products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
