About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives (Home Consultants) to join our in-store team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, have an interest in home dcor, and want to build a career in lifestyle retail.

As a Home Consultant, you will be the face of the store, assisting walk-in customers and helping them select the right furniture and dcor products while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture & home dcor products

Drive in-store sales and achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Coordinate order processing, delivery follow-ups, and post-sales support

Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth end-to-end buying experience

Prepare daily sales and customer interaction reports

Eligibility & Requirements

Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

Interest in home dcor, furniture, or interior styling

Bachelor's degree in any stream

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
