Role Summary

We are seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Home Consultants at our Chennai studio. In this role, you'll engage with walk‑in customers, assist them with product selections, and help deliver an excellent in‑store experience while driving sales performance and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers with product recommendations.
• Help customers choose furniture, home décor, and kitchenware items based on their preferences.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and overall store appearance.
• Process orders and support post‑sales service follow‑up.
• Prepare daily sales & customer interaction reports.

Requirements

• 6month –2 years experience in retail, sales, or customer service (
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for home décor, furniture, and interior styling.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (6 days/week).
