Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the sale of products at the store, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales goals relative to store target
  • Evaluate the customer's requirements by following customer engagement standards to provide the best solutions
  • Ensure store hygiene and proper functioning of products on display
  • Coordinate activities at the back office, manage inventory, and handle payment reconciliation with the bank
  • Handle pre/post-sales customer escalations and queries
  • Interact with cross-functional departments for operational support

Qualifications: Any Graduate

  • Experience: 0 5 years
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Segment: Retail Apple / BOSE

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Should have a flair for customer service
  • Confident and presentable
  • Should be flexible and adaptable in working hours

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail sales. However, freshers who are passionate about sales and have the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
