Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Consultant at Bontrue, located in Hyderabad. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting furniture, offering informed product recommendations, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Daily tasks include providing tailored consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, contributing to achieving sales goals, and developing client relationships to support business growth. The ideal candidate will exemplify excellent customer service, maintain strong product knowledge, and actively contribute to the retail team.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Consulting, Retail Sales, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong skills in Customer Experience, Customer Service, and building lasting relationships
  • Commitment to delivering Customer Satisfaction and addressing customer needs effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience or interest in furniture design and trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred
