Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Sales Performance
- Drive sales, conversion, and ATV across stores
- Monitor store-wise performance and implement corrective actions
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
2. Store Operations Excellence
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, VM guidelines, and audit standards
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control
- Conduct regular store audits and reviews
3. Team Management & Capability Building
- Lead and manage Store Managers and frontline teams
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and training across stores
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching and development
4. Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand-aligned customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback/NPS and drive improvements
- Implement initiatives to improve conversion and repeat business
5. Workforce & Cost Optimization
- Optimize store staffing and productivity metrics
- Drive cost efficiency (manpower, store expenses)
- Implement shared resource models where feasible
6. New Store Openings (NSO)
- Ensure timely and effective execution of new store launches
- Oversee hiring, training, and readiness of store teams pre-opening
7. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, VM, and Finance
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and inventory flow
8. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze KPIs (sales, productivity, attrition, shrinkage, etc.)
- Share insights and action plans with leadership
