Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation: Understand program strategy and provide technical solutions to deliver project objectives.
• Mainframe Development: Develop and maintain applications using Zos, COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.
• Supporting Tools and Integrations: Utilize REXX, Endevor, SPUFI, File Manager, IDCAMS, MQ, R2DS, GSI, and integration patterns.
• Emerging Technology Integration: Apply basic knowledge of MuleSoft, Cloud, SOA architecture, MongoDB, and Java technologies where applicable.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders across global teams and time zones.
• Self-Management and Prioritization: Organize and prioritize complex tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and keep knowledge updated on evolving technologies and organizational strategies.
• Rapid Learning and Adaptation: Quickly gain knowledge of distributed systems and integrate learnings into project work.
