Job Description

Manage overall store operations, including inventory, staffing, and sales performance in New Delhi.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
Supervise, train, and motivate the retail team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand standards and appeal to customers.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the retail market.
Implement company policies and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Manager should have:

A strong educational background in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing retail operations, preferably in the luxury/beauty industry
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
