Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Panaji for a Restaurant Staff role. Responsibilities include providing excellent food service, assisting with food preparation, ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and professional interactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, the role may involve supporting and collaborating with colleagues to achieve seamless operations and outstanding dining experiences for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong Food Service and Food Preparation skills to ensure high-quality and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and provide a memorable dining experience.
  • Basic understanding of Hiring processes and team coordination would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site restaurant environment.
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
