Role Description
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Service Associate for an on-site, full-time role at our Bardez location. The role entails providing exceptional dining experiences to guests by taking and serving orders, ensuring timely and accurate service, and maintaining high hospitality standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing tables, ensuring cleanliness, managing inventory, and addressing guest feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to interact with guests and team members seamlessly
- Basic Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to manage guest requests and handle service challenges
- Some understanding of Finance concepts related to billing and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic customer needs
- Relevant experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is a plus
- A certificate or diploma in hospitality, or a related field, is preferred but not mandatory
