Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at The Den, Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of restaurant outlets, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction, supervising and training staff, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. The role also involves handling staff scheduling, addressing guest concerns, and aligning restaurant operations with company goals and policies.
