Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at The Den, Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of restaurant outlets, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction, supervising and training staff, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. The role also involves handling staff scheduling, addressing guest concerns, and aligning restaurant operations with company goals and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Service and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Hiring and managing restaurant staff effectively
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills to lead and collaborate with teams
• A robust understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management
• Leadership experience in hospitality or food service, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management is imperative
