Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations

  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Control inventory, reduce waste, and support cost management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
