This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Bengaluru at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets and inventory, handling customer inquiries and concerns, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to enhance dining experiences. The role involves maintaining operational efficiency while upholding the hotel's high service standards.

• Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and training staff to build an efficient and high-performing team
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and suppliers
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and industry trends
• Leadership abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or relevant field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially in an upscale or luxury hospitality setting
