Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our standalone fine premium dining restaurant. The role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining high service and food standards, managing and developing the team, and controlling costs to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and solid experience in fine dining restaurant management.

Requirement

  • 58 years of experience in fine dining restaurants
  • Minimum 23 years as a Restaurant Manager in a standalone premium restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations and cost control
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth fine dining service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and manage the service team to deliver professional and premium service.
  • Monitor sales, control food and beverage costs, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and legal compliance while maintaining brand standards.
