Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include leading and supervising staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer concerns effectively, and managing the hiring and training of team members. The Restaurant Manager will also oversee food and beverage operations, maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience with Hiring and team management
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead teams and engage with customers
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role is an advantage
