This full-time on-site Restaurant Manager role is based in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain smooth coordination among front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Key responsibilities include staff hiring and training, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing food and beverage standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the Manager will handle inventory, ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, and support the overall growth of the establishment.

• Proven expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in Hiring, training, and managing team members effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including seamless interaction with staff and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality control and menu management.
• Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of regional Indian cuisines is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or related field preferred.
