Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role headquartered in Chennai for a Residential - Rental & Leasing (CRM) position. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, handling the leasing process & agreements, and contributing to sales efforts. The candidate will facilitate clear and effective communication with clients while maintaining high customer service standards in the residential real estate domain.

• Experience in Residential Real Estate, with a clear understanding of leasing and rental processes
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills for managing client interactions effectively
• Commitment to delivering Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service
• Sales knowledge and experience, with the ability to promote and close transactions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is advantageous
