We are looking for a driven Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Manager to lead radio advertising sales and sponsorship. This role requires exceptional sales acumen, strong prospecting abilities, and a deep understanding of the radio market, including digital communication channels. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and securing advertising revenue across various radio platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Primarily responsible for generating radio advertising sales and securing sponsorship deals.
- Prospecting & Lead Pursuit: Utilize strong prospecting skills to identify potential clients and aggressively pursue leads to convert them into successful sales.
- Digital Integration: Leverage familiarity with the potential of digital communication channels to integrate them into advertising and marketing campaigns, offering comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Market & Audience Knowledge: Apply thorough knowledge of the radio market, including different station and programme styles, and audience demographics, to effectively tailor sales pitches and solutions.
