Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mahrauli. The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting medical assessments, and assisting in the management of psychiatric and general health concerns. The role includes working closely with physicians, coordinating with healthcare teams, and participating in patient treatment plans. The RMO will also play a role in training and mentoring junior staff and participating in surgeries or medical procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Medicine and Patient Care, with an emphasis on treating psychiatric and physical health conditions
- Experience and skills in Surgery and assisting in medical procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Experience in Training and mentoring junior medical staff or students
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification; additional certification in psychiatry is an advantage
- Prior experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting is highly preferred
