Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer located in Gurugram. The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supporting physicians, performing medical rounds, overseeing treatment plans, and responding to emergencies as needed. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with minor medical procedures and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and policies within the facility.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Medicine and Surgery
- Proficiency in Patient Care and experience collaborating with Physicians
- Ability to provide Training to junior medical staff or team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
- MBBS degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant medical licensing
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in mental health care, is preferable
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills in a clinical setting
