This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive, based in Jaipur. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing guest reservations, coordinating bookings, and handling inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Key tasks include assisting guests with their accommodation needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with sales and operations teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of reservations and implementing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Reservations and managing booking systems
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle guest concerns professionally
• Sales skills that contribute to driving revenue and enhancing guest experiences
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local tourism is a plus
