Reservations Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Jaipur. The Reservations Executive will handle daily responsibilities including managing reservations, assisting guests with booking inquiries, ensuring seamless customer service, and supporting sales efforts to enhance the guest experience. Effective communication and a strong focus on customer satisfaction will be essential to success in this role. Collaboration with the team to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service is a key part of this position.

• Proven experience in managing reservations and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and the ability to resolve inquiries effectively and courteously.
• Sales or service-oriented skills to achieve business goals while promoting the organization's values.
• Proficiency in relevant booking systems and a working knowledge of hospitality operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in the hotel or travel industry is a plus.
