Research & Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Pilot Trials

• Conduct on-site pilot and plant trials for biological wastewater treatment
• Assist the WWT/STOM team with lab and ETP chemical trials
• Prepare and share bio-treatability reports, jar test reports, and techno-commercial proposals
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical data, trial outcomes, and client reports

Research & Product Development

• Design new biological products based on market demand or sales team feedback
• Identify and explore collaborative opportunities for new product applications
• Conduct routine laboratory analyses and maintain accurate records of all experimental results
• Manage procurement of lab chemicals and maintain proper inventory

Production & Quality Assurance

• Oversee raw material stock and procurement related to production activities
• Supervise production in coordination with laboratory staff
• Maintain bacterial culture stocks and ensure timely subculturing
• Monitor and control post-production quality and internal processing workflows
• Create and update documentation such as SOPs, MSDS, TDS, and COA for new and existing products using standard templates
