Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Analyst (Intern) to join our Market Research team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a foundation in Primary Research methodologies such as CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing).

Responsibilities

Conduct Primary Research via outbound calling using CATI methodology and online surveys using CAWI tools.

Interact with domestic and international respondents through structured calling to collect accurate and relevant data.

Assist in designing and scripting questionnaires under supervision.

Monitor the data collection process to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Support the research team in compiling data from secondary sources when required.

Assist in the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and patterns.

Prepare basic presentations and reports based on research findings.

Maintain project documentation and adhere to defined timelines.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills and confidence in conducting phone interviews.

Basic understanding of Primary Research, especially CATI/CAWI methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
